Time dotcom has completed its acquisition of the EFP building which was reported to be purchased for RM62 million back in January this year.
In a Bursa filing, the company said the Board of Directors was pleased to announce that the purchase consideration has been fully satisfied and the transfer of proprietorship of Bangunan KWSP has been registered on 26 July 2022. Accordingly, the proposed acquisition has been completed in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SPA.
Early this year, TIME via its subsidiary AIMS Data Centre Sdn Bhd had proposed to purchase the landmark KL EPF office known as Bangunan KWSP from the Employment Provident Fund board for RM62 million.
The building which is located along Jalan Raja Chulan is a 13-storey purpose-built office building that also comes together with 95 car park bays. The pension had been planning to forgo the property for quite some time.
