SK magic Korea CEO, Yoon Yo-seop from South Korea announced on the 25 July that the company has been selected as the No.1 in water purifier category in the ‘2022 Premium Brand Index (KS-PBI)’ hosted by the Korea Standards Association for the second consecutive year and once again proved its best brand competitiveness as the leading ‘K-water purifier’. The company has also walked away from the Energy Winner of the Year awards held at the Korea Press Center International Conference Hall with 3 awards including the ‘Energy Winner of the Year’, ‘Korean Environment Minister’s Award’ and the Grand Prize in the ‘Carbon Neutral Winner Award’. Adding on to the big bang for SK magic, the company was once again awarded the evaluation of international proficiency in drinking water for the 4th consecutive year by the Environment Resources Association of America (ERA) on the 14 July.

SK magic was selected as the Best Library of Excellence for the fourth consecutive year following last year in the international proficiency evaluation in the drinking water field hosted by the Environmental Resources Association of America (ERA).
As the market leader in tankless technology, SK magic Environmental Analysis Center participated in the evaluation of drinking water and received the highest rating of ‘Satisfactory’ for a total of 17 evaluation items, including 5 heavy metals, 4 anions, 5 organic compounds, and 3 general items. The Environmental Analysis Center, a research institute specializing in environmental technology such as water quality and air quality, first opened at the Hwaseong plant in 2019 as an accredited institution for drinking water quality tests designated by the Han River Basin Environment Office of the Ministry of Environment. With the goal to provide a total care solution for customers while serving as an authorized institution for water quality inspections such as drinking water, drinking spring water, groundwater, and source water, SK magic Korea Environmental Analysis Center is currently conducting water quality analysis and environmental hazardous substance analysis as well as various hygiene-related technologies and product development.
The results of these efforts have been recognized not only in Korea but also on the international stage. In May last year, the “2021 ITI International Food and Beverage Fair” hosted by the world-renowned Belgian International Taste Institute (ITI) won the “Super Taste Award” for the first time in Korea.
