DRB-HICOM And Pekat Sign MOU To Promote Solar Adoption Among Proton’s Ecosystem

DRB-HICOM has announced that its indirect subsidiary, PROTON Global Services entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Solaroo Systems to promote the adoption of solar photovoltaic systems among Proton’s ecosystem and employees as part of its energy sustainability initiatives.

Solaroo is a wholly owned subsidiary of PEKAT Group Berhad specialises in designing, supplying, and installation of smaller-scale solar PV systems for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

The purpose of the said MOU is to outline how the two parties will collaborate to maximise their mutual benefits and interests in marketing and recommending Solaroo’s solar PV system among PROTON’s ecosystem and its employees.

Under the agreement, PGS and Solaroo acknowledge and agree that this will not be exclusive in any respect and both parties may participate in another comparable arrangement to and from any other person or entity.
