S P Setia Berhad was honoured for the eleventh time as one of the Top 10 Developers at the BCI Asia Awards 2022 award ceremony held at Mandarin Oriental Kuala Lumpur on August 26.
Present to receive the award was S P Setia Berhad’s Executive Vice President, Datuk Tan Hon Lim, who accepted the honour from Pietter Sanjaya, General Manager Emerging Market Asia of BCI Central, joined by Kok Sook Leng, General Manager of BCI Central Malaysia and Kenny Bi, General Manager of Jotun.
Datuk Tan described this significant accomplishment as a testament to S P Setia’s commitment in building homes that support a holistic and sustainable lifestyle centred on its ‘LiveLearnWorkPlay’ development philosophy.

The BCI Asia Top 10 Developers award recognises property developers with the greatest aggregate value of projects under construction weighted by the extent of their sustainability and confirmed green building ratings.
This win marks the 11th BCI Asia’s Top 10 Developers Awards for the Group.
