AmBank To Offer RM100 Million In Green Financing Facilities For The Marriot Hotel Project

AmBank has inked an RM100 Million green financing facility with Kerjaya Prospek Property for the development of Courtyard by Marriot Hotel at Bloomsvale, an upcoming mixed development located in Old Klang Road, Kuala Lumpur.

The bank said it is part of its efforts to offer customers green financing options as it furthers complements its goal of driving the Group’s Environmental, Social, and Governance sustainability initiative.

Bloomsvale is a mixed development that comprises of a hotel, serviced apartments, office suites, and a shopping mall. The projects will be certified with GreenRE’s Platinum rating for its residential area, and Gold rating for its commercial buildings.
