Through this scheme, 100 UNITEN students from the B40 group will receive an initial aid of RM1,000.00 per person, making the total sum of RM100,000.00.

“YBR’s concern does not stop at the provision of Early Study Assistance, in fact YBR’s Top Management has approved a proposal to create a collaboration between YBR and UNITEN for the Sponsorship Program for Outstanding Students to the Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting with ACCA INTERNARY and Tahfiz. Overall, this sponsorship program will involve a maximum allocation of RM 1,034,406.00 for a period of three years. The total number of students who will be sponsored is nine,” added Noor Azuan.

Datuk Wira Haji Megat Zulkarnain, the Chairman of YBR, in his speech, stated that YBR is always committed to helping students to continue their studies to a higher level.

“I hope that all students will always give their best by putting aside unimportant things and not getting involved with things that are uncertain” he said.

In addition, he also stated that the uniqueness of the program offered by UNITEN, especially the Accounting Degree program with Tahfiz and ACCA INTERNARY has attracted YBR’s interest in establishing a strategic collaboration with UNITEN.
