The integrated fintech and insurtech company, VSure Group forges a partnership with PickTenants to offer an embedded insurance solution that allows tenants and landlords to nurture trusted relationships.
The partnership with PickTenants will assist in freeing up tenants’ cash flow by paying lower security deposits for rent and creating a seamless and a more secure renting experience for tenants and landlords.
The landlord insurance plans offered by VSure Group, which are only available on the PickTenants platform, are among the most affordable in Malaysia, with landlords able to select coverage amounts starting at RM 0.55 per day.
Landlords can choose from five affordable plans with coverage levels ranging from RM1,000 to RM5,000 as additional financial protection, while tenants benefit from a lower upfront cost in renting – giving both tenants and landlords a sense of assurance.
