Naza Communications Signs With Everest To Develop Telco Infra In Malaysia

Naza Communications Sdn Bhd (NCSB), an integrated telecommunications infrastructure provider and wholly-owned subsidiary of the Naza Group and Everest Infrastructure Partners ANZ Pty Ltd (Everest) have announced that they will be collaborating on investment in existing wireless telecommunications infrastructure in Malaysia.

They will also be partnering to further develop and enhance telecommunications infrastructure across the country.

In its pursuit for collaboration with a key Malaysian telecommunications player, Everest, an Australia based company focused on the acquisition and development of wireless communications towers, tower ground leases, rooftop antenna leases, and other wireless communications infrastructure has identified Naza Communications as a preferred partner taking into account their deep industry ties, sector leadership, market experience and strong TowerCo management expertise.

Commemorating the occasion with a MoU signing at the Naza Communications headquarters were Will Heapy, Chief Executive Officer of Everest Infrastructure Partners ANZ, Mike Mackey, President Everest Infrastructure Partners, Inc., and Darryll Sinnappa, Chief Executive Officer of Naza Communications.
