Twitter users in the future could choose a version of the social media platform by providing ratings on the tweet, said Elon Musk the new owner of the platform in his tweet.
“Being able to select which version of Twitter you want is probably better, much as it would be for a movie maturity rating,” he said.
“The rating of the tweet itself could be self-selected, then modified by user feedback,” he added.
The new boss also said he will be looking to form a content moderator council with widely diverse viewpoints. No major decisions or account reinstatements will be made until the council convenes he added.
