Handal Energy Berhad, through its wholly owned subsidiary, Handal Digital Sdn Bhd has managed to secure a Network Facilities Provider License from the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission which will allow the company to build telecommunication towers.
With the license, the company can now venture into the business of building, owning, and renting out telecommunications towers and structures. The nationwide license application was approved by the Minister of Telecommunications and Multimedia for a period of 10 years and will be in effect from November 2022.
The group is mainly involved in oil and gas, and recently secured contacts from Petronas and Shell.
