AWC Secures Hospital Support Services Contract Worth RM188 Million From MOH

AWC has announecd that its tender via subsidiary Ambank Wira for the hospital support service for Institut Kanser Negara has been accepted by the Ministry of Health.

The 5-year contract worth RM188 million will commence from 1 December 2022 to 30 November 2027, the project is expected to contribute positively to the earnings of the AWC Group over the duration of the Contract.

The company has 30 years of industry-related experience and professionals combined with group-wide team expertise and strength, they have all the available resources to offer a full range of engineering trading and services from the Plan, Design, and Build Phase of a new or existing asset.

It has also secured other MOH contracts including RM62 million in health service support from clinics in Perak.

AWC’s presence in the healthcare support services sector has grown significantly. It currently is involved in:

1.    Hospital Rehabilitasi Cheras

2.    Hospital Shah Alam

3.    Hospital Orang Asli

4.    National Institute of Health

5.    District Clinics in Perak

6.    District Clinics in Johor

7.    National Cancer Institute
