Deleum Berhad has informed Bursa Securities that its indirect subsidiary Deleum Technology Solutions Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Deleum Primera Sdn Bhd), an indirect subsidiary has been unsuspended by Petronas.
The oil and gas service provider said that it had received a letter dated 12 December confirming the uplift of the suspension against DTS effective from 12 December 2022; and that DTS is required to submit an application to renew its license for a period of one year in accordance with the oil giant’s Licensing & Registration requirements.
Deleum would also be subject to compliance with other terms and conditions imposed by Petronas. The group views the uplifting to improve its future prospects.
