Comintel has accepted a job order from Butirjaya Maxim Development for main building of a proposed development comprising 2 blocks of affordable apartments.
The project consists of 818 units with 39 and 40 storey, and one mezzanine floor comprising: a) Block A – Affordable apartments (446 units) with 32 storey, b) Block B – Affordable apartments (372 units) with 31 storey including seven storey with one mezzanine floor for parking lot and one storey of amenity space at the lower level with three TNB. The location of the project is said to be Kampung Kasipillay, Wilayah Persekutuan.
Total value of the contract will be approximately RM170.7 million, Commintel views the contract to provide an additional income stream for the group over the next three financial years.
