The significance of time in Feng Shui accounts for dominance of industries, people, behaviour, habits and orientations that shape up markets, wealth distribution and opportunities for asset accumulation.
Between 4th February 2004 till 3rd February 2024 (Year of the Dragon), the cycle of these
twenty years was affiliated to the Earth element (known as the Period 8). This supports the growth of industries associated with Earth such as construction, real estate, architecture, storage (think data), waste management and intellectual properties.
