The Dialog Group closed its 2nd quarter with a revenue of RM797 million and a net profit after tax of RM131.1 million. These represented an increase of 46.4% in revenue and 2.3% in net profit after tax against the corresponding quarter last year.
For the current financial year-to-date against the corresponding period last year, the Group recorded an increase of 43.7% in revenue of RM1.51 billion, whilst the net profit after tax was lower by 3% of RM251.3 million.
Both Malaysian and international operations saw increases in business activities and contributed to the growth in revenue. However, the Group’s net profit after tax margin for the current financial quarter and year-to-date was lower, mainly due to higher project and operation costs.
