Bertam Development has announced that it has accepted the letter of award by Akas Permai Sdn Bhd for the construction and completion of Building and Infrastructure Works for the proposed development of a hotel in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah for RM82 million.
BDSB is principally engaged in property development and building and construction. It is registered with the Construction Industry Development Board as a Grade G7 contractor since 22 September 2020. As Grade G7 Contractor, BDSB is able to tender for projects with unlimited value in the categories of general building, general civil engineering, and mechanical works.
The scope of work ad the sub-contractor comprises the Building and Infrastructure Works and all incidental work of whatsoever kind necessary for the completion of the Project. Bertam has to complete the project by November 2024.
