Petronas Gas Berhad has redesignated Farina Farikhullah Khan from Independent Director to Senior Independent Director after the leaving of Dato Abdul Razak to Tenaga Nasional Berhad effective today.
Farina has been with the group since 2018 and holds various portfolios including Independent Non-Executive Director, KLCC Property Holdings Berhad, and KLCC Reit Management Sdn Bhd. Independent Non-Executive Director, AMMB Holdings Berhad. Independent Non-Executive Director, Ambank Islamic Berhad. Independent Non-Executive Director, Icon Offshore Berhad.
She has a qualification from Harvard, the Institute of Chartered Accountants In Australia, and the University of New South Wales Australia.
