ITMAX announced that it had received a Letter of Contract Extension dated from Dewan Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur for an extension of the contract of a further three years for the installation and maintenance of networked street lighting systems in Kuala Lumpur.
The original Contract and the first extension were previously awarded 2016 and 2021 which disclosed in the initial public
offering prospectus of ITMAX dated 25 November 2022.
The contract is awarded for the installation and maintenance of networked street lighting systems in Kuala Lumpur with a duration of the Letter of Extension for a period of three years commencing from 1 August 2023 to 31 July 2026. ITMax added the value of the Letter of Extension is approximately RM52.8 million.
