World Trade Centre Kuala Lumpur (WTCKL) has inked a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) Xiamen Committee/World Trade Centre Xiamen (WTC Xiamen) to boost trade and cooperation in investment and technology between the two organisations.
“Through this initiative, WTC Xiamen and WTCKL can both expand their network and information sharing more easily and comprehensively.
“More importantly, this MoU will enable us to facilitate peace via trade to bring the business community together,” he said during the MoU signing ceremony, in conjunction with the 53rd World Trade Centres Association (WTCA) General Assembly in Accra, Ghana this week.
WTCKL said that Irmohizam would meet Ghana vice-president Mahamudu Bawumia and also Namibia Industrialisation and Trade Minister Lucia Iipumbu at the assembly.
Irmohizam would also meet potential investors for future collaborations and promote inbound and outbound trade missions, business events services and international businesses, it said.
