US-based CEO and real estate developer Thach Nguyen (@thachn) is the finance influencer with the highest potential earnings from social media, with an estimated annual income of $5 million across social media platforms. Nguyen regularly shares financial advice on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube, addressing topics such as: “What are the best purchases you can make in your 20s?” and “The worst houses to buy as an investment property”.
Potentially earning 9% less than Nguyen, Andres Garza (@capital_inteligente) is in second place with estimated annual earnings of $4.58 million. Garza teaches financial literacy to his YouTube audience of over 500k subscribers and shares investment tips via his TikTok and Instagram profiles.
Entrepreneur Tori Dunlap (@herfirst100k) is in third place with an impressive estimated $3.54 million annual income from social media, making her the highest-earning female in the ranking.
In fourth place is real estate investor Preston Seo (@thelegacyinvestingshow), who is estimated to earn $2.98 million from social media. Seo is known for sharing tips and advice with his followers on how they can replicate his 7.5 million (USD$) real estate portfolio, and generate income from setting up their own Airbnb business.
UK millionaire Mark Tilbury ranks in 15th place
In 15th place, CEO and YouTuber Mark Tilbury (@marktilbury) is the only UK ‘finfluencer’ in the top ranking. However, whilst his annual social media income is a steep 91% drop from Nguyen’s first-place earnings, Tilbury is still estimated to make $409,754 a year with over a million followers across platforms.
