YTL Hospitality has appointed Datuk Mark Rozario as Non-Executive Director effective 18 May 2023.
Datuk Mark has gained immense experience in finance, management, and strategic leadership in companies involved in accounting services, property development, manufacturing, healthcare, aerospace, and innovation.
His prior experience includes at Adventa Berhad as the company’s Chief Executive Officer, from December 2020 – December 2022 he was at Malaysia Convention & Exhibition Bureau as the Board Member. At General Electric International Inc, Malaysia, Datuk Mark was the Chief Executive Officer and with Agensi Inovasi Malaysia, he was the Chief Executive Officer.
Datuk Mark was in Country Heights Holdings Berhad as the company’s Group Managing Director and before that at Sunway Group as the developers Group Executive Director/ Group Chief Financial Officer. He also holds directorship with Petronas Gas.
Datuk Mark graduated from The London School of Economics (LSE) with a Bsc (Econ) in Accounting & Finance. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
