Lendlease and TRX City announced the completion of TRX Residences, the residential component of The Exchange TRX precinct today (May 15).
Boasting an exclusive postcode, 55188, it delivers world-class homes in an integrated precinct that invites buyers to live at the centre of it all. The high-rise homes feature several innovations that elevate industry standards enhancing the liveability of Kuala Lumpur.
The first of three plots, TRX Residences targets the rare double green certification of LEED Gold and GBI Gold. Residents will benefit from lower utility usage due to better heat management with double-glazed curtain walls using low-e glass, the first precinct to use recycled water, and solar panels on the rooftop.
