LBS Bina Group Berhad (LBS), Malaysia’s renowned developer, has launched the 1st lucky draw for the LBS with up to RM400,000 worth of exciting prizes.
First round of the LBS Fabulous Extra 2022-23 lucky draw went live via LBS’ official Facebook on 3rd May 2023. A total of 600 lucky draw winners were randomly chosen among LBS home purchasers.
Prize giving ceremony for the lucky winners took place at KITA @ Cybersouth sales gallery today. The grand prizes have been upscaled this time round, with five Perodua Axia. Other enticing prizes include SM Sport 110 motorcycles, washing machines, refrigerators, household appliances, hi-fi system, and many more.
Homebuyers who purchase LBS’ participating properties with the price point of RM300,001.00 and above, from 1st July 2022 till 31st December 2022 will automatically be eligible for the 1st lucky draw. Those who did not win anything in the 1st round are automatically rolled over to the 2nd draw.
The lucky draw prizes were drawn by Tan Sri Ir. Lim Hock San, Executive Chairman of LBS Bina Group Berhad, accompanied by Datuk Wira Joey Lim Hock Guan, Group Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer, Dato’ Sri Daniel Lim Hock Sing and Dato’ Cynthia Lim Mooi Pang, Executive Directors, Lucas Lim Kim Kiat, Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Dato’ Lim Han Boon and Dato’ Yong Lei Choo, fellow LBS Directors.
