Finding top talent has been challenging with the talent shortage globally. According to the recent Talent Shortage Study conducted by ManpowerGroup, 75% of employers are unable to find the talent they need. Most job sites postings designed for job seekers only covers 15% of the total candidate market today. There is an untapped candidate market from the majority of the talent today who are not actively seeking but are open to new opportunities.

EachHire, a Recruit Tech startup that is run by Malaysians from Ipoh and Sabah, has emerged as a game-changer in this competitive hiring landscape to address this hiring challenge. The headhunting platform built an internal candidate search engine tool which is integrated with GPT technology and complex technological processes to find hidden exceptional talent, helping to address the talent shortage challenge faced by companies today.

“At just $169 (~MYR780) per month, we headhunt, reach out, and bring those hidden and qualified talents straight to your doorstep. EachHire is your partner for discovering hidden and qualified talent to help you build your team.” said Fong Kam Ling, founder of EachHire.

Being a Recruit Tech startup run by Malaysian Founders, it is one of the first Southeast Asian startups to be funded and accepted into the B2B SaaS accelerator by Startup Wise Guys, one of Europe’s most active tech-savvy startup investors.com

Startup Wise Guys CEO, Cristobal Alonso, mentioned that “Leveraging technology to underpin data-driven innovation in the hiring process represents the future of intelligent recruiting. The team is revolutionising the way employers hire more effectively. We are excited to be working with the EachHire team to tackle this difficult but high-impact problem.”

The Rise of EachHire

EachHire sprung onto the market in April 2022 with a mission: to serve as a companies’ technically skilled hiring sidekick, utilising the online world’s power of publicly available information to find hidden talent.

“We use the power of artificial intelligence and gathering data from various public sources to discover hidden talents, screen them and seamlessly match them with roles at companies. Our own-developed candidate search engine tool unlocked a new era of talent discovery and fulfilment.” shared Nik Syarul Zaffi, Tech Co-Founder of EachHire.

EachHire’s unique candidate search engine tool allows the company to support a wide reach of industries and regions. The majority of EachHire’s local clients are companies seeking expansion and overseas hiring opportunities across Asia, Europe, the US, Canada, and Australia. The company has achieved successes in supporting a wide range of industries, including technology companies, manufacturing companies, engineering firms, energy sectors, legal firms and event services worldwide. “We work with recruitment agencies to strengthen their candidate pipeline for their customers too,” said Fong.

Enhanced Candidate Experience

As a technology company, EachHire relies heavily on automation for process efficiency, but Fong understands the importance of providing a personalised experience for candidates. “We recognize that job hunting can be a tiring process, which is why we prioritise candidate experience and ensure that their journey with us is tailored, well-informed, and remains relevant throughout,” said Fong.

Fong also claimed that candidates appreciate how EachHire streamlined their application experience through a 5-minute AI-supported screening where companies can promptly understand if candidates could be a suitable fit for the role. This efficient process saves both the candidate and the hiring company valuable time during the screening stage.

Industry Recognition and Success Stories

EachHire has received attention in the tech industry for its revolutionary approach to hiring since its launch. As a result, success stories speak to the platform’s ability to swiftly link employers with the best talent. The achievements of EachHire speak for themselves with a remarkable track record of 4 in 5 candidates advancing to the next stage.

Erik Bhullar, The CEO and Founder of Snacka said that “The Team at EachHire have been some of the most proactive and perceptive that I’ve dealt with in the recruitment space. It is hard to find that combo, many recruiters and recruiting apps feel like they’re designed for churning through applications (quantity) rather than letting you understand people for the right team, team fit and skills fit (quality). This is why we are happy customers of EachHire, they deliver in all these areas.”

Looking Forward

As the technology sector evolves, EachHire’s dedication to innovation and ethical AI deployment serves as a model for the future of recruitment. In the next coming year,

EachHire’s primary objective is to implement the solutions that have been proven to be effective in expanding the company’s reach with an aim to attract more hiring and recruitment agencies.

EachHire is determined to establish itself as a leading presence in the recruitment industry. Moving forward, the company’s focus is to further optimise its processes to uncover hidden talent who may be overlooked by traditional methods. By leveraging AI and network leverage, EachHire aspires to expand its solutions and connect to a larger pool of top talent in order to support hiring companies’ growth.
