Divfex Berhad has announced that its subsidiary Finther Tecnologica Sendirian Berhad had accepted a new Letter of Appointment from TM Technology Services Sdn Bhd worth RM3.84 million.
The job is to deliver network optimisation and application performance support services together with network observability and data-driven analysis as a service for TM Tech for one year.
The group said the LOA will have no effect on the issued share capital and substantial shareholders’ shareholdings in the Company and is expected to contribute positively to the revenue, earnings, and net assets of DFX Group for the financial year ending 30 June 2024.
