Aneka Jaringan has secured a LOA from Sena Letrik (M) Sdn. Bhd. to undertake the piling, earthworks, and substructure works for a proposed medical centre complex which includes a 31 storey building, 3 basements, and 13 floors reserved for the medical facilities.
Located in Sri Hartamas, the contract value of the project is estimated to be RM35 million and shall commence in September 2023 and to be completed on 31 January 2025. The group said the contract will not have any effect on the share capital and shareholding structure of the Company. However, is expected to contribute positively to Aneka’s consolidated earnings and net assets for the financial year ending 31 August 2024 and 31 August 2025, during the duration of the Contract.
The contract is in the ordinary course of business and is not subject to the approval of Aneka’s shareholders.
