Jerasia Capital Berhad has informed that the company’s entire issued share capital will be removed from the Official List of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad with effect from 9.00 a.m., Thursday, 24 August 2023.
This comes from the company’s inability to submit the outstanding quarterly report for the financial period ended 31 May 2023 on or before 7 August 2023.
However, as the Company’s securities have been suspended from trading since 25 April 2023, the suspension of trading has continued until further notice.
