HSS Engineers Berhad is establishing a new entity with drone services provider ProPick Digital Solutions & Consulting Sdn Bhd to introduce Artificial intelligence-empowered drone technology in engineering services.
Under the new entity, HEB Group’s subsidiary HSS Technologies Sdn Bhd would hold 70% of the newly-formed company
HSS–ProPick Technologies Sdn Bhd with ProPick holding the balance 30% equity share. Incorporated in 2020, ProPick is a state-of-the-art Digital Transformation organisation offering contemporary and industry-standard solutions that are powered by AI technology, in conjunction with its intelligent drone-driven solutions.
As part of the HOA, Propick will transfer all its Intellectual Property rights to HSS-Propick Technologies, and begin hence implementation of AI-driven drone services across the Group’s undertakings and further extension to various industries in Southeast Asia.

HEB Group’s current order book stands at more than RM1.48 billion, across rail, road, transportation, water sectors, renewable energy and the digital and technology sectors.
