Inta Bina has accpeted a Letter of Award from Eco Majestic Development Sdn Bhd for Main Building Works for the total contract sum of RM43.6 million for the proposed construction and completion of a gated community in Cheerywood.
The project consists of over 100 terrace houses under phase 4, the contract is to commence on 1 November 2023 and the completion period will be 20 months from thereof.
The Group intends to fund the Contract via internally generated funds and/ or external borrowings.
