MBSB Bank Berhad (MBSB Bank) today (Sept 15) introduces M JOURNEY Corporate, a platform that provides its corporate customers with digital transaction banking, servicing businesses with the new full-suite Cash Management Solutions.
M JOURNEY Corporate simplifies corporate banking services for greater efficiency, secure and real-time optimisation where businesses can perform multiple transactions on-the-go, execute single and bulk payments, integrate directly between corporate Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) system and the banking platform, monitoring of payments, collections and bank statement reconciliations.
Some of the added features of M JOURNEY Corporate are Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) and term deposit placement that comes with competitive rates.
According to MBSB Bank’s Chief Operating Officer, Jesleigh Johari, “We take cognisance of the needs of our corporate customers. Through market research and data analysis, we are able to develop and launch M JOURNEY Corporate that focuses on providing efficiency and minimising manual and lengthy operational processes.”
He added, “We are confident that M JOURNEY Corporate serves the flexibility and scalability that can be incorporated into payments infrastructure not only to handle today’s demands, but also to scale and adjust for changing priorities in the future.”
At the M JOURNEY Corporate launch ceremony, MBSB Bank also announced the onboarding of companies that signed up to the newly activated digital platform.
With the features available, M JOURNEY Corporate can benefit various businesses including Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs), Middle Sized Companies (MSCs), Government-Linked Companies (GLCs) as well as Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs).
