PTT Synergy Group Berhad signed a Lease Agreement between its wholly-owned subsidiary, PTT Development Sdn Bhd
and Longterm Distribution Sdn Bhd with the latter assuming the role of master tenant and warehouse operator.
This strategic collaboration is aimed to optimise supply chain operations and enhance warehouse capabilities through the implementation of cutting-edge Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS) technology. The leased warehouse will be situated within the Elmina Business Park, Shah Alam. Following the approval of Planning Permission by the relevant
authority, PTTS will construct a state-of-the-art, single-storey warehouse equipped with ASRS technology on a freehold industrial land spanning approximately 6.5 acres. The construction is scheduled to commence in January 2024 and the handover is anticipated by end of 2025. This facility is poised to meet the highest industry standards for warehousing and distribution, offering unparalleled quality and efficiency.
