Sime Darby Property Completes The Twin Factories At Elmina Business Park

Sime Darby Property has completed its highly anticipated The Twin Factories at Elmina Business Park.

Marking the occasion with a grand welcome ceremony, Sime Darby Property hosted an exclusive networking event attended by 150 business owners and investors of Elmina Business Park’s industrial land and factories.

The Twin Factories comprise 40 Semi-Detached units, with lot sizes of 70’ x 160’ and 70’ x 150’ boasting a built-up area of 6,000 sq. ft. onwards. Launched in September 2020 with a price tag of RM3.4 million per unit, the Twin Factories carry a Gross Development Value of approximately RM145 million and are 100% taken up.
