Ramssol through its 51% owned subsidiary Infinite Loop Media Sdn. Bhd. has entered into a Memorandum of Agreement with TGV Cinemas Sdn. Bhd. for the collaboration to bring concerts and prestigious events into the cinemas.
Infinite Loop is principally involved in new media specialising in Digital Media Production, Motion Graphics, Web-based PR, Web Engineering, Immense Virtual Reality, and IR Solutions. TGV is principally involved in the film exhibition business where it owns and operates multiplexes in Malaysia
The collaboration between Infinite Loop and TGV includes the screening of live concerts and prestigious events, promotion of events through both Infinite Loop and TGV’s marketing channels as well as joint ventures in organising exclusive events or premieres at the cinemas of TGV in accordance with the MOA. Infinite Loop will source and secure rights to livestream concerts and/or events through appointed concerts and/or event organisers. It will also provide marketing and promotional materials for TGV’s cinemas as avenues for concerts and events to be live-streamed, and coordinated with artists and/or event organisers.
TGV will provide cinema halls for the screening of concerts and/or events livestreamed through appointed concerts and/or event organisers. handle the ticketing and customer service of events; and promote the concerts and/or events through its marketing channel. The ticket price for each concert and/or event that will be live-streamed will be mutually agreed upon by both Parties and the ticket price for each concert and/or event may vary accordingly for each concert and/or event.
Infinite Loop will bear all operational costs related to marketing and promotions while TGV will bear all operational costs in relation to the screening of all live-streamed concerts and/or events.
