Indulge in Turkish Delights at Mandarin Oriental, Kuala Lumpur

Mandarin Oriental, Kuala Lumpur Mandarin Oriental, Kuala Lumpur is proud to announce an exclusive Turkish food collaboration that will take guests on a gastronomic journey to the heart of Turkey. 

From Oct 25 to Oct 29, guests will have the opportunity to savour the rich and diverse flavours of Turkish cuisine, expertly crafted by guest chefs from Mandarin Oriental, Bodrum.

Renowned for its vibrant and diverse culinary traditions, Turkey is a country that tantalises the taste buds with its aromatic spices, succulent meats, and delectable desserts.

During this period, guests will have the unique opportunity to experience this culinary magic first-hand, as our guest chefs showcase their mastery of Turkish cuisine through an exclusive menu that combines tradition and innovation.

“This collaboration was conceptualised to celebrate the rich culinary heritage of Turkey, and we are delighted to host talented guest chefs from Bodrum who will bring their expertise and passion for Turkish cuisine to our kitchen,” said Jaime Wolynski, Assistant Director of Food & Beverage at Mandarin Oriental, Kuala Lumpur.

These authentic Turkish delights will be available at Mosaic will feature a carefully curated menu that highlights the best of Turkish cuisine, including mouth-watering dishes such as a tender, slow-cooked lamb with aromatic spices, Kuzu tandır and creamy eggplant purée topped with slow cooked beef,  Hünkar beğendi.

There will also be an assortment of baklava, golden layers of flaky pastry filled with sweet nuts and drenched in sticky honey syrup, traditional kebab and pide selections, and many more.

Each dish will be prepared with the finest ingredients, staying true to the authentic flavours that make Turkish cuisine so exceptional.

The Turkish Promotion is priced at RM208 for lunch and RM258 for dinner service and in addition to the exclusive menu, guests will also have the opportunity to enjoy traditional music and decor that will transport them to the vibrant streets of Turkey.
