Majuperak Holdings Berhad (MHB) announced that it had entered into a Master Development Agreement (MDA) with Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Perak (PKNPk) today.
In a Bursa filing today (Oct 10), the company said it entered into the MDA for a synergistic collaborative initiative involving the utilisation of MHB’s expertise to jointly develop PKNPk’s assets and appointment of MHB as the master developer of part of PKNPk’s industrial development area in Perak.
This is following the announcements on Oct 4 and Oct 6 respectively in which PKNPk and MHB had entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) involving the execution of the MDA, among others.
The development initiatives that are still under discussion between both parties include joint development of residential property projects in Seri Iskandar, Bidor and Tronoh.
This MDA comes into effect today and remains effective for a period of 24 months.
