RM150mil for five new health clinics in Rantau, Negeri Sembilan; Kuala Tahan, Jerantut, Pahang; Kuala Jengal, Dungun, Terengganu and Pulau Mantanani, Kota Belud, Sabah.

Excise duties of 5% and RM27 per kg on chewing tobacco similar to snuff tobacco.
Excise duty on sugary drinks to be increased from 40 sen to 50 sen. Proceeds of the excise duties collection will be used to treat diabetes and support dialysis centres.
