PHB Projects Total Asset To Increase To RM25 Billion By 2030

Pelaburan Hartanah Berhad (PHB) projected an increase of its total asset to RM25 billion by 2030, from its current total asset of around RM11 billion.

Its chairman Tan Sri Ahmad Nizam Salleh said to help the company achieve its target, PHB has drafted a business transformation plan with the focus on four key aspects.

“(The four aspects include) the diversification of portfolios, better administration, (increasing) risk management efficiency and to enhance our human resources model.

“The transformation is aimed to improve the company performance and ensure the continuity of the business,” he said at the launch of 1.0 billion additional units issuance Amanah Hartanah Bumiputera (AHB) Scheme today (Oct 17).

The launching is being officiated by Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.
