CTOS Data Systems a subsidiary of CTOS Digital has received approval from the Ministry of Finance on the extension of the second five-year tax exemption.
The second five-year tax exemption period is from 9 November 2021 to 8 November 2026. With this approval, CTOS Digital said there will be a reversal of approximately RM27.8 million tax provision from November 2021 to 30 September 2023, which is subject to finalisation of the tax computation, in the upcoming financial quarter.
