Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad announced that Ageson Berhad has triggered the criteria pursuant to Paragraph 2.1 of Practice Note 17 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities.
This comes after the company’s external auditor, Messrs. Jamal, Amin & Partners had expressed a disclaimer opinion on the company’s Audited Financial Statements for the 18-month financial period ended 31 December 2022.
Upon which the company said it would formulate a comprehensive regularisation plan for submission to Bursa Securities within 12 months from the First Announcement; and also appoint a Principal Adviser to advise the Company on formulation of regularisation plan.
