Swift Haulage Berhad promotes its group chief finance officer Kee Chung Ching to executive director effective Nov 8.
Kee, 45, is also a non-independent director of the group, with over 1 million ordinary shares.
In a Bursa listing today (Nov 8), the integrated logistics provider said Kee joined the group in 2015 as the group chief finance officer.
“She started her career in audit firms where she works for four years before joining the logistics industry at Konsortium Logistik Berhad, where she was then promoted to finance vice president position before leaving the company in the year 2011.
“She continued her career with Pelikan International corporate planning vice president in 2012 and Persada Bina Sdn Bhd group financial officer in 2014, which Kee was responsible for overseeing the group’s finance matters until year 2015,” the group said.
