Stella Holdings Berhad has gotten Bursa Securities approval for the name change to Varia Berhad and will be officially traded on the Exchange with effect from November 15.
The name change comes after the group leadership acquired PTM for RM380 million, a company involved in areas such as roadworks, building construction, and mechanical and electrical projects.
The name change is part of a rebranding exercise.
