Kedah Govt’s BDB Signs MoU With Energise

The Kedah government’s investment holding company Bina Darulaman Bhd (BDB) announced that it had signed a Memorandum of Under standing with Energise Sdn Bhd to explore, develop, and promote initiatives that contribute to the sustainable development of a green economy.

In a Bursa Listing today (Nov 15), it said that the MoU is a basic framework for both parties to explore and evaluate the capabilities and the possibilities of success of any future joint venture program.

“This MoU is entered into in expressing the intention and will of the parties to review and/or open the space for cooperation and act as a framework before the agreement is finalized by the parties,” it said.

Energise is a KL-based company, principally involved in manufacturing of liquefied or compressed inorganic industrial or medical gases, gathering of non-wood forest products N.E.C. and activities of holding companies.
