Capital A through its indirect wholly owned subsidiary Asia Aviation Capital Limited has entered into Aircraft Lease Agreement with AirAsia X Berhad for the leasing of one A330-300 aircraft.
The lease agreement would be valid for one year from delivery date with the total contract value for the one year lease is estimated at RM30.5 million inclusive of lease rental and maintenance reserves.
To group said it was to streamline Malaysia AirAsia fleet to narrow-body aircraft only. Additionally, the additional aircraft is off the same cabin configuration as AAX’s existing fleet, allowing a seamless transition into the fleet.
