Impiana Hotels Group which has gone through a major management change has also decided to change its name to reflect its plans to expand its business segments.
In October this year the group proposed a name change to its board, from Impiana Hotel to Magma Group, accordingly, this week the Companies Commission Of Malaysia had granted the name change.
Effectively from December 15, the group will be known as Magma Group Berhad.
