Myra, a subsidiary of OIB Group will be launching its first PPAM (Malaysia Civil Servants Housing Programme) government housing project in Taman Dahlia, Salak Tinggi.
The project Myra Dahlia set to launch in Q4 2023 is targeted for completion in 2027, the affordable housing project by the developer will be priced at RM299,800, catering to government servants and young families. The freehold ownership development comprises of 432 PPAM units and 48 Rumah Selangorku units across 2.76 acres, with various options being offered.
It is situated in the prime location of Taman Dahlia giving access to Kota Warisan township, KLIA, KLIA 2, and the nearby Salak Tinggi ERL station. Beh Suan Sim, the Chief Marketing Officer at OIB Group, said, “Myra Dahlia signifies more than
