Farm Fresh Berhad (FFB, 5306, consumer stocks on the main board) announced that the group’s chief operating officer Azmi Zainalreceived a dividend in kind of 10.55 million shares.
On Thursday (December 28), the company reported to Bursa Malaysia that one of its major shareholders, Farmchoice Foods Sdn Bhd, transferred the above shares to him, and subsequently reduced its stake to 222 million shares (accounting for 11.866%).
Based on the latest closing price, the total dividend value is RM14.24 million.
Azmi is also one of the founders of FFB and is a shareholder of Farmchoice Foods along with its group managing director and chief executive officer Loi Tuan Ee.
