Property Hub Appoints Enoch Khoo As New Managing Director

Property Hub Sdn Bhd (Property Hub) announced that it has appointed Enoch Khoo as the new managing director effective this month.

The residential arm of Knight Frank in Malaysia said at the moment, it is undergoing strategic leadership transition as the current managing director Benjamin Tee will be assuming the role of vice chairman.

“This move is a testament to Ben’s exceptional contributions and leadership during their tenure as managing director. As vice chairman, Ben will continue to play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of Property Hub,” it said in a statement today (Jan 4).

Tee, who is a newly-appointed vice chairman said Khoo’s appointment marked an exciting chapter for Property Hub and he believed Khoo will contribute to the company’s continued success and expansion.

The company said Khoo has previously served as Property Hub Sabah branch head and director and is a seasoned professional with a proven track record.

“Originally hailing from East Malaysia, Khoo brings a wealth of experience and a fresh perspective to Property Hub. His deep understanding of the real estate landscape, coupled with a passion for innovation, positions him as the ideal leader to guide Property Hub through its next phase of development,” it added.

With this change in leadership, Property Hub aims to strengthen its position in the market, attract new investors, and further solidify its commitment to delivering exceptional real estate solutions.

“The leadership transition is effective January 2024, and Property Hub looks forward to a seamless handover and a promising future under Khoo’s guidance” it said.
