Dayang Enterprise Holdings Bhd (DEHB) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary company, Dayang Enterprise Sdn Bhd has received a contract extension for the Provision of Pan Malaysia Maintenance, Construction and Modification (PM-MCM) from Mubadala Energy.
In a Bursa filing today (Jan 5), it said that the contract extension is based on work orders issued by Abu Dhabi-based firm Mubadala Energy throughout the contract extension duration, which started from July 17, 2023 until Dec 31, 2024.
“The contraction extension duration is approximately one year, five months and fifteen days,” it said.
This contract was first awarded by Mubadala Energy on Dec 9, 2020 and its primary term remains in force until July 16, 2023.
