Adzim Halim Makes Way For New Ninja Van CEO, Lin Zheng

Ninja Van Malaysia, a pioneering tech-enabled logistics company, has officially appointed Lin Zheng as its Chief Executive Officer (CEO), succeeding Adzim Halim, who now assumes the role of Group Chief International Officer.

Lin Zheng, previously the Chief Operating Officer (COO) since 2018, brings a wealth of experience and a track record of operational excellence to his new role. His promotion underscores Ninja Van Malaysia’s commitment to nurturing talent from within, aligning with the company’s goal of delivering top-notch logistics services for both shippers and shoppers.

Under Lin Zheng’s leadership, Ninja Van Malaysia aims to extend its service offerings beyond last-mile delivery, focusing on comprehensive solutions that engage customers across the entire value chain. This strategic shift is anticipated to redefine the logistics landscape and solidify Ninja Van Malaysia’s position as a key player in the industry.

Having played a pivotal role in scaling Ninja Van Malaysia’s infrastructure and processes during his tenure as COO, Lin Zheng has been instrumental in achieving 100% nationwide coverage with over 5,500 Pick Up & Drop Off points. He also oversaw the successful launch of the Shah Alam automated hub, enhancing daily parcel processing capability by 50%.

Lin Zheng’s career at Ninja Van began as Vice President of Regional Operations, overseeing warehouse functions across multiple markets. His transition to COO in Malaysia in 2018 marked a crucial phase in directing the organization’s day-to-day operations and protocols.
