Deputy Minister Credits Unity For Sarawak’s Economic RM13.1 Billion Revenue

Deputy Minister of Tourism, Creative Industry, and Performing Arts, Datuk Sebastian Ting highlighted the remarkable milestone of Sarawak’s recorded revenue reaching RM13.1 billion, a clear indicator of the state’s stability and economic robustness.

In his address, Ting credited this accomplishment to the unwavering racial unity and religious harmony that characterised Sarawak.

“Because of the people’s trust, the state government has been able to explore more fields and implement policies that benefit both the state and the people,” Ting affirmed, emphasising the vital role trust plays in enabling the government to initiate policies for the collective welfare.

Ting underscored the sustained prosperity of Sarawak, attributing its success to enduring political stability and a foundation of sustainable peace and unity among its diverse populace.

According to Borneo Post Online, it was Chia Kah Furng, the special aide to Ting, that delivered his speech during a Chinese New Year celebration held by MiriFM at Bintang Megamall on Saturday.
